Via Nova Training

Via Nova is an equestrian training facility based in Santa Fe, New Mexico. They have developed their own approach to training, Priority to Positive® (PtP), which applies science-based and positive reinforcement training methods to improve motivation and performance for horses and humans. 

Aiming to increase awareness of positive reinforcement training amongst traditional equestrians, Via Nova required strategy support in order to effectively reach the correct audience groups through the right channels with the right messaging. Our work includes marketing strategy creation, brand development and refinement, social media management and a website redesign. 

We selected KPIs in line with Via Nova’s overall goal of increasing awareness. Our focus with social media management and content creation has been community building and identifying the most effective content pillars to build trust and engagement. Using a combination of brand offerings, educational posts and product offerings, we have increased Instagram reach by 35%, with Facebook reach increasing by over 2000%.
